Trump clearly hasn’t read my article in the Philadelphia Inquirer from February 28, 2025, since he didn’t learn a single thing about Ukraine or Ukrainians.

At this point, we have nothing left to lose. We will not capitulate so that the terrorist state of russia and the United States can get back to “business as usual.”💰

And then there’s J.D. Vance, generously offering his “wisdom” that Ukraine and russia should become “friends” and enjoy “cultural exchange”.

The audacity is breathtaking. Cynical doesn’t begin to describe it. It’s delusional. Are we supposed to pretend we’re not living through a nightmare? Because it feels like the twilight zone every single day.

At the same time, while Trump and his circle desperately scramble to shove the Epstein files out of the headlines, Ukrainians are being slaughtered in their homes.

💣Just days ago, russians launched a missile that obliterated a nine-story apartment building in Ternopil, burying dozens of civilians under the rubble. The death toll is still rising. No one even knows how many Ukrainian lives were lost in that tragedy. 🕯️

And yesterday of all days, November 21, the Day of Dignity and Freedom, the contrast couldn’t be more obscene.

This day is supposed to honor our commitment to democracy, to freedom, to our European future. It’s a day to remember those who fought and died for these values.

Now President Zelenskyy is forced to confront a grotesque choice: lose our dignity or risk losing a “key partner,” depending on how we respond to a U.S. “peace proposal.”

🛑 But let’s stop pretending.

I don’t see a key partner in the U.S. anymore. I see pressure, ultimatums, and political theater.

So yes, I hope Zelenskyy chooses dignity, because that’s one thing we refuse to compromise.

Meanwhile, Trump told Fox News Radio he believes Thanksgiving Day is the “appropriate” deadline for Kyiv to accept his plan. That’s not diplomacy, that’s an ultimatum. 🦃

Well, don’t hold your breath, Mr. President.
Ukraine won’t bend. Not to russia, and not to you. 💪🏻

We’ll do this our way. 🎵
